NEWLEAF Set to Lower Fares in Calgary
NewLeaf Travel Company and Flair Airlines are set to launch new routes from Calgary, Alberta. On December 16th, 2016 NewLeaf with partner Flair will begin flying in and out of Calgary. With almost three months of successful operations under their wing, NewLeaf’s expansion into the Calgary market is a significant shift in its original route network. Travellers will be able to fly to and from YYC Calgary International Airport to Abbotsford, Hamilton, Halifax, and Moncton. These routes are only being offered for a limited time between December 16th and January 8th. Tickets are now on sale.
“We actually didn’t anticipate to be operating from Calgary within the first 5 months of operation, however there is a big demand from Calgarians. So, we are thrilled to provide Southern Albertans with low fares for the holiday season. We have had tremendous interest and support already so we are anticipating great success…and who knows, there could be more for the region,” hinted Jim Young, President & CEO of NewLeaf Travel Company.
With a schedule that spans from west to east coast, NewLeaf and Flair will continue to add flights to more destinations in the coming weeks. Announcements on the expanded service will be forthcoming.
