The Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM) is updating its twenty-year Master Plan in 2018. It’s been almost ten years since the last update and so much has changed since then.

The updated Master Plan will identify facilities and systems needed to meet YQM’s strategic objectives and expected levels of passenger and aircraft traffic through to the year 2038, and will include future airport development options.  The Plan will also identify and prioritize facility and infrastructure improvements to airside areas (runways, taxiways and aprons), the Air Terminal Building, public vehicle parking, access roads and land for commercial development within the Airport’s boundaries.

Your input is needed! In the coming months, opportunities for community input will be available through an online survey, a Public Open house, as well as other information sessions.  Your contribution to the Master Plan will be important to ensure YQM serves our community and our visitors for the next twenty years.

We will keep you posted on our progress through social media blasts and website updates. So stay tuned to this page and visit us regularly!
